Modifying Configuration Files: Make sure you are not using a rich-text editor like MS Word if you want to manually make changes in a configuration file as they can insert special characters that you might not see, such as control characters to define bold type or other highlighting. Use a simple text editor like Notepad.exe to make changes, and do not make any changes to the text below the line that says "Desert RC Standard Mixer Control Panel" unless you are confident that you know what you are doing as that line is created by the SM2 Control Panel Application. Download the SM2 Control Panel Application: The SM2 Control Panel Application is available as a free download by clicking on the link button below. Unzip all 3 files into a folder on your computer. There is no other installation necessary, just double-click the SM2.exe application file. You do not need any other hardware to use the application in simulation mode. Refer to the SM2 Operators Manual for further operational details. You can view the manual on line, or double-click the "SM2_Manual.chm" file that you just downloaded to view it on your local computer.
